We offer flexible engagement models right from a short call to a few days a month to a long-term project as per your need. We are happy to customize the engagement as per your needs.

For us, client satisfaction and value addition are top priorities. If you are not satisfied with our service, please put on-hold any ongoing engagement and inform us immediately. We shall work with you to address your concern and if we are unable to do so, we shall terminate the contract. If there is any portion of the contract satisfactorily delivered, we shall work with you to arrive at a pro rata fee to be charged for the work.

While we appreciate various reasons to cancel, we request sufficient notice to allow communicating with our expert and planning alternate activity/project. We recommend following advance notice depending upon the type of engagement -

• Short phone-call, at least 2 hours’ notice
• In-person meeting, 24 hours’ notice
• Engagement up to 20 days effort, at least 7days’ notice
• Engagement more than 20 days effort, at least 30 days’ notice

In case of a shorter notice for cancellation, you may be liable to pay a cancellation fee up to 25% of contract value to compensate the expert in consideration of their time and scheduled availability. The cancellation fee will be waived if the client and expert agree to reschedule for a later date as long as the new schedule is confirmed within 1 week from the cancellation. Once rescheduled, no further rescheduling will be allowed.

Yes, you are most welcome to hire one of our experts for your leadership position. We request you to submit a formal hiring request and complete the contract process for us to facilitate the hiring and on-boarding.
