Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer leads the design, development, and migration of complex reports and dashboards to Power BI from legacy tools (Business Objects, Crystal, Tableau). This offshore role ensures high-quality, performant BI solutions that meet client needs. The successful candidate will have deep Power BI expertise and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and optimize complex Power BI reports and dashboards for the migration project.
* Lead the transition of Business Objects, Crystal, and Tableau reports to Power BI, ensuring functionality and performance.
* Collaborate with the Offshore Principal Architect and Onsite Solution Architect to align with technical designs.
* Mentor the Offshore Power BI Developer and ensure development quality and consistency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues, optimizing performance as needed.
* Report progress and challenges to the Offshore Project Manager, seeking onsite clarification when required.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including report migration projects.
* Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and BI visualization best practices.
* Familiarity with legacy BI tools (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau) is a plus.
* Familiar with AI Tools and emerging trends. Especially of how they can be used to accelerate Reporting migration
* Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data integration.
* Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and swift execution.
