Job Summary :
We are looking for a talented Lead AI Developer to join our team and help build intelligent automation and conversational solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low-code tools like n8n, developing LLM-based applications, chatbots, and working with machine learning models. Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), n8n, and chatbot frameworks.
* Architect scalable AI workflows to automate business processes and enhance user interactions through natural language processing.
* Guide and mentor a small team of AI developers, ensuring best practices in coding, collaboration, and delivery.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, build, and integrate intelligent features into products.
* Review and improve machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and real-world applicability.
* Oversee the integration of AI modules with external systems, APIs, and internal tools.
* Own the troubleshooting and debugging process for deployed AI solutions, ensuring consistent system performance and reliability.
* Drive continuous improvement in team workflows, tooling, and documentation.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML and chatbot technologies.
* Proven hands-on experience with n8n workflows, chatbot frameworks, and LLM-based applications (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude by Anthropic).
* Experience in building, training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models.
* Strong programming background with deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
* Prior experience in leading small technical teams, mentoring juniors, and reviewing code and architecture.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
* Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools is a plus.
