Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced LMS Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and integration. This role requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective LMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Gather and analyze business requirements related to enterprise learning and development initiatives.
*Drive the implementation and configuration of Learning Management Systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
*Provide functional and technical expertise in at least one LMS platform such as SumTotal, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone LMS, or SABA.
*Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Engineering Graduate preferably.
*6+ years of working in the Enterprise Learning & Development space, specifically in implementation and configuration of Learning Management Systems.
*Functional and technical knowledge of at least one of the following LMS systems: SumTotal, Success Factors, Cornerstone LMS, SABA.
*Technical expertise on LMS integrations with other systems (APIs), content library integrations.
*Exposure to client interaction and communication.
