Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, Agile methodologies, and project experience in CRM, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), integrations, and Customer 360 implementations. This role requires a high-energy individual with excellent communication skills who can drive Agile best practices, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
*Serve as a Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
*Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
*Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure project goals are met.
*Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
*Guide teams in the successful implementation of CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 solutions.
*Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts to optimize workflows and solution delivery.
*Ensure seamless coordination between development teams and business users to enhance Salesforce adoption and effectiveness.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in a Salesforce environment.
*Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
*Hands-on experience in CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 implementations.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
