Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud or Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on CRM, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), integrations, and Customer 360 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and customize Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
*Work on CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 implementations, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
*Optimize and enhance Salesforce functionality through automation, triggers, batch processes, and declarative tools.
*Participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.
*Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending improvements to existing implementations.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on development in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
*Strong expertise in CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 solutions.
*Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Salesforce certifications in Sales and Service Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud.
