Job Summary :
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud or Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud to support our CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user management, and ensuring best practices for CRM, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), integrations, and Customer 360 implementations. This role requires strong technical skills, change management expertise, and a proactive approach to optimizing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Administer and maintain Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud platforms, ensuring system integrity and security.
*Perform user management, including role-based access control, profiles, and permission sets.
*Configure and customize Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
*Support CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 initiatives, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
*Work within an Agile methodology.
*Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements based on new features.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience with CRM, TPM, integrations, and Customer 360 projects.
*Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud or CG Cloud functionalities.
*Experience in change management, including user training and documentation.
*Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*High energy, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
*Salesforce certifications in Sales and Service Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud.
