Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who is fully independently lead and motivate diverse global teams working on integrated digital projects in a very fast-paced environment .Function as Scrum Master to lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements. 

Key Responsibilities:
*Interface with clients to understand requirements and to set expectations based on contractual agreements.
*Proactively manage and regularly report on project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes Manage work across a diverse set of team members across various competency areas including Design, Content, Development, Analytics, QA, etc.  
*Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfaction.
*Act as a key client contact and ensure their expectations are met outcomes are achieved.  
*Cultivate domain expertise in the Global Delivery and e-Commerce space .
*Understand problems and work toward a solutions by building consensus within the project team and the client .
*Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring that they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end product.
*Effectively communicate in English (written and verbal) amongst the project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management Facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on .
*Adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalities.   
*Resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner.
*Build strong relationships with client and internal team members.
*Leverage current project management systems, including OpenAir and Jira, to make data driven decisions and provide reporting as needed.  
*Manage and maintain resource forecasts for all project team members in OpenAir on a weekly basis.
*Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope, estimate, and solution new opportunities.   
*Contribute to the internal development of Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards.  
*Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning.
*Report to Program Director and work with them to enhance process and efficiency across the Program and Global Delivery Competencies.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience of progressively increasing responsibility with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience.
*Minimum 5 years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager in an integrated environment (Design, Content, Development, Analytics, QA, etc).
*Minimum 5 years in a client-facing project or account management role. 
*BS/BA in Communication, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing or related field or a similar combination of experience and education.
*Fluency in English is required, and experience working with US-based teams is highly desired.
*Proficiency in project management methodologies including waterfall and Scrum Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people.
*Proven organizational skills and a focused attention to detail.
*Flexibility in working schedule to ensure a partial overlap with US-based team members. 
*Experience in both Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tool for software development.
*Experience with Ecommerce platforms (Adobe commerce/Shopity) or in CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) is a plus CSM and/or PMP certifications are a plus.
