Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is pivotal in leveraging cutting-edge tools to address business challenges and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design and architect scalable, enterprise-level Power Platform solutions, ensuring security, governance, and compliance best practices.
*Develop and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and custom connectors to enhance business processes.
*Define and enforce governance frameworks, security models, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.
*Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments for Power Platform solutions.
*Integrate Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external APIs to enable seamless data flow.
*Leverage Generative AI and AI-driven automation within Power Platform to drive innovation.
*Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
*Conduct Power Platform testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes.
*Guide business users and non-technical stakeholders on Power Platform capabilities, architecture decisions, and best practices.
*Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Power Platform solution architecture.
*Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connector development.
*Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and integration with Power Platform.
*Experience in architecting integrations with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
*Proficiency in DevOps practices for Power Platform, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
*Experience in defining and implementing security models, governance frameworks, and compliance.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
*Experience with AI-driven automation and Generative AI within Power Platform.
*Proficiency in Python for advanced automation and custom development.
*Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other project delivery frameworks.
*Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect) is preferred.
