Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, and other key technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of software development life cycles, and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
*Implement best practices in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
*Work with MySQL, Dropwizard, and JUnit to ensure optimized database interactions and unit testing.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
*Conduct peer code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve system concerns efficiently.
*Maintain knowledge of functional areas and assess the impact of proposed code changes.
*Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
*Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Strong expertise in Core Java/J2EE, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
*Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
*Experience working with Microservices, Collections, and Concurrency concepts.
*Basic knowledge of Kafka and an understanding of Docker.
*Experience with MySQL, Dropwizard, and JUnit for unit testing.
*Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
*Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and communicate effectively.
*Solid understanding of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards and code reviews.
*Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
*Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
*Prior experience in leading development teams and project management.
