Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EPM Consultant for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. The consultant ensures seamless integration with other systems, provides end-user training, and offers ongoing support to enhance system performance and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
*Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective EPM solutions.
*Configure and implement Oracle Fusion EPM modules (e.g., Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close).
*Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows to streamline performance management.
*Ensure seamless integration between EPM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP).
*Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM solutions.
*Stay updated with Oracle Fusion EPM enhancements and best practices.
Role, Requirements and Qualifications:
*Should have Over 7 years of EPM experience
*Proficient in implementing EPM cloud solutions with a strong application development background, particularly in FCCS/HFM, and a solid understanding of the consolidation process.
*Skilled in requirement gathering and solution design
*Desired functional knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of income statements, balance sheets, various consolidation methods, their calculations, and financial statement disclosures.
*Strong functional knowledge in finance/accounting, general ledger, and sub-ledgers.
*Proficient in financial reports and SmartView reports
*Expert in writing ODR, Business rules, Ruleset and consolidation rules
*Experienced in creating forms and reports
*Expertise in process unit hierarchy management and guiding business users in promotions.
*Experienced in locking and unlocking past periods and understanding the implications.
*Well-versed in backup/restore processes
*Experienced with EPM Automate, Data Management/Exchange integration, and pipeline management
*Minimum of 3 implementation experiences and 2 support experiences required
