Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IBP Response & Supply Planning Consultant with 5-10 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years of SAP IBP expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning (Time-Series & Order-Based Planning) and Rough Cut Capacity Planning, with strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and IBP Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP IBP Supply Planning & Implementation
*Design, implement, and support SAP IBP Supply Planning processes, covering Time-Series and Order-Based Planning.
*Optimize Rough Cut Capacity Planning, addressing capacity & component constraints for discrete manufacturing industries.
*Configure and maintain SAP PP master data in SAP ECC related to Production Planning.
2. Integration & Data Management
*Ensure seamless SAP IBP integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA using SDI, RTI, and CI-DS.
*Manage and validate data flows between IBP and SAP ECC/S4HANA, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
3. Analytics & Reporting
*Develop and enhance IBP Analytics, including dashboarding, analytic stories, and Power BI for insightful reporting.
*Provide recommendations to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making through advanced analytics.
4. Collaboration & Best Practices
*Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and supply chain planners to align IBP solutions with business objectives.
*Provide training and documentation to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of IBP solutions.
*Stay updated on the latest SAP IBP features, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvements.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*5-10 years of overall experience, with at least 2-3 years in SAP IBP Supply Planning.
*Strong expertise in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning (Time-Series & Order-Based Planning).
*Proven experience in Rough Cut Capacity Planning, including capacity and component constraints planning (preferably in discrete manufacturing industries).
*Hands-on knowledge of SAP PP master data setup in SAP ECC.
*Proficiency in SAP IBP integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA using SDI, RTI, and CI-DS.
*Experience in IBP Analytics, Analytic Stories, and Power BI for reporting and insights.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
