Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, scripting, and configuration, along with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
*Platform Development:
1.Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
2.Develop and configure UI policies, scripts, business rules, and automated workflows.
*Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
1.Identify and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, including performance tuning and error handling.
2.Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and patching to maintain platform stability and compliance.
*Collaboration:
1.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2.Collaborate with administrators, architects, and other developers to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
*Integration:
1.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
2.Develop scripts to automate and streamline workflows and processes across platforms.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
*Proven expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.
*Experience with Agile development methodologies.
*Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
*Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules, such as HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
