Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a technical lead, you will guide a team of developers and administrators, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and adheres to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
*Technical Leadership:
1.Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2.Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
3.Act as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow-related projects.
*Platform Development:
1.Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
2.Ensure adherence to coding standards, platform governance, and best practices.
3.Manage the technical lifecycle of custom applications and integrations.
*Collaboration and Requirement Analysis:
1.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
2.Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
*At least 4 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
*Proven track record of implementing and delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
*Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
