Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ML Ops Engineer with expertise in GitHub Actions, Python, Azure Services, and Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) to join our team. This role involves developing, deploying, and managing machine learning workflows and pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
*Pipeline Development: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows using GitHub Actions.
*Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models to production environments using Azure ML and other Azure services.
*Infrastructure Management: Design and manage scalable infrastructure for ML workflows on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
*Automation: Automate data preprocessing, model training, testing, and monitoring workflows using Python and Azure tools.
*Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor deployed models and pipelines for performance, accuracy, and reliability, and implement necessary optimizations.
*Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
*Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards for secure ML model deployment and management.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline creation and automation.
*Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and building ML workflows.
*Extensive knowledge of Azure Services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Storage, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
*Experience with ML model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
*Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
*Strong understanding of version control and collaborative development practices using GitHub.
*Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure-native monitoring solutions.
*Knowledge of advanced MLOps concepts such as feature stores and model drift detection.
*Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for advanced CI/CD workflows.
