Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with a focus on React.js, as well as expertise in database management and SQL. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical, and design skills to deliver high-quality applications and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain responsive and efficient user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (React Router, Redux, Hooks, etc.).
*Implement state management solutions to manage complex data flows within the application.
*Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
*Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
*Ensure a consistent look and feel across the application by maintaining design guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
*Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for complex data retrieval, reporting, and performance tuning.
*Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, including database schema design, indexing, and stored procedures.
*Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between the front-end and back-end.
*Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine SQL queries and database performance.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*7-12 Years of experience in web development using React and SQL.
*Lead a team of junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with business requirements.
*Review and improve coding standards, enforce best practices, and perform regular code reviews.
*Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
*Hands on function-based programming experience in React.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
