Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and delivering high-quality OTC solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
*Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of OTC implementation projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
*Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of OTC solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
*Process Optimization: Analyze existing OTC workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
*Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
*Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners involved in the OTC implementation.
*Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Role Requirements and Qualifications :
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
*Proven experience in delivering large-scale OTC implementations or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
*Strong understanding of the OTC process, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
*Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
*Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
*Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
