Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various roles such as software engineers, developers, system administrators, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology roles and the IT industry, as well as experience with specialized recruitment strategies tailored to the tech sector.
Key Responsibilities :
*Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
*Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
*Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
*Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
*Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
*Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in technical talent acquisition.
*Familiarity with technical roles, coding languages, and IT industry trends.
*Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
*Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience in passive candidate recruitment.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
