**Job Overview**:
We are seeking highly motivated IT Sales professionals to join our team in India and the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT sales management, with at least 5 years of experience and a minimum of 2 years of IT Sales experience within the region.

**Key Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5+ years in IT Service Sales in India, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi.
- In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, industry processes, and market trends.
- Strong network within technology groups and leadership teams of prospective clients, including SMEs and corporates.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with executive leadership and decision-makers from client organizations.
- Excellent consultative sales, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in lead generation, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the potential of the territory/market to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate customer leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and meetings.
- Present, promote, and sell IT solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct cost-benefit and demand analyses to meet customer needs effectively.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Track and report on sales leads, performance metrics, and targets.
- Manage and renew existing service contracts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and other team members to coordinate sales efforts.
- Provide management with insights on industry trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and self-development.

**Preferred**:
- Experience working on large deals will be an advantage.
