Responsibilities:

Develop project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project plans.

Provide guidance and support to project managers in resolving issues, mitigating risks, and optimizing resource allocation.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
