Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring they align with the company’s HR strategy and objectives.
Development and Configuration:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications to meet the specific needs of the HR department.
Best Practices:
Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow HRSD development, including coding standards, documentation, and quality assurance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow developers and other IT teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of HRSD solutions.
We have 5 projects team working parallelly from different vendors
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of HRSD configurations, processes, and integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect with a strong understanding of HR processes.
In addition, the architect may need to design, develop and implement integration with HRSM/HRSD tools like SAP, Mulesoft, GAtool, SuccessFactors, SharePoint.
