JOB OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an extremely dynamic and experienced professional to fill an open role in our Infrastructure division, which is for a position for budding leaders.He will be involved in all aspects of an organization's infrastructure, including physical facilities, technology systems, and related resources. He will play a critical role in ensuring that the infrastructure supports the organization's objectives, efficiency, and growth while maintaining high levels of reliability and security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

o Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements and enhancements to support future growth and technological advancements.

· Infrastructure Management:

o Oversee and ensure correction as required of the management of physical facilities, including office spaces, data centers, and warehouses.

o Manage technology infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and cloud resources.

o Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of all infrastructure components.

· Budget and Resource Management:

o Assist and/or develop and manage the infrastructure budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs.

o Allocate resources effectively to support infrastructure projects and ongoing maintenance.

· Team Leadership:

o Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.

o Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Security and Compliance:

o Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets and data.

o Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

· Vendor Management:

o Evaluate and select external vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related contracts.

o Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

o Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

o Conduct regular testing and simulations to ensure preparedness.

· Infrastructure Optimization:

o Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and efficiency.

o Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and automation to improve operations.

· Risk Management:

o Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure operations and compliance.

o Develop and enforce policies and procedures to minimize risks.

· Reporting and Documentation:

o Generate regular reports on infrastructure performance, expenses, and project status.

o Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in infrastructure management, with at least 8+ years of experience

· Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and data centers.

· Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills.

· Budget management and financial acumen.

· Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

· Strong problem solving with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

· Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure in Azure Cloud, including Azure Resource Manager, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and Azure Security services.

· Proficiency in Azure security tools and services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Firewall, and Azure Sentinel.

· Strong knowledge of VAPT methodologies and tools, including vulnerability scanning and ethical hacking techniques.

· Experience in implementing and managing Web Application Firewalls, preferably in Azure (e.g., Azure Application Gateway with WAF).

· Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001.

· Certifications like Azure Certified Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
