Should have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (this person will be the primary point of contact for the Integration team both with the client's IT and business stakeholders)
Should have knowledge in overall solution architecture and data integration of SaaS based supply chain planning systems like Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP IBP etc (preferably Kinaxis and PlanetTogether) and how they interface with SAP/Oracle/other ERPs
Should be able to manage, mentor, and be accountable for a development team of around 10 people (including SQL, ADB and ADF leads and developers) and also indirectly work with other client stakeholders and 3rd party contractor employees in the program
Should have the technical understanding to be able to distribute work efficiently and effectively within the team based on skillset
Should have flexible timings to manage client stakeholders primarily in UK and India time zones
Kinaxis certifications would be a plus
