Proven experience in Finance Manager roles with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Inventory processes.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and challenge existing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end process implementations.
Prior experience working with Retailers or CPG companies is an advantage.
