Key Responsibilities –

Work independently / in a team on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of assignment delivery including assignment quality.
Understand project requests from clients and internal stakeholders.
Engage in project discussions and handle client queries effectively.
Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, market research reports, company profiles, and discussion documents tailored for startups.
Create financial models for a diverse range of industries.
Researching on benchmarks for financial modelling and valuation
Prepare investment teasers to attract potential investors for our clients.
Communicate and coordinate with investors and startup founders to facilitate investment-related discussions.
Uphold the highest standards of quality in all deliverables to maintain client satisfaction.
Ensure that the work meets and exceeds the set quality benchmarks.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment by consistently meeting strict project deadlines.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure
Display a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative and inclusive work environment.

Skills/Qualification –

Experience Required: 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in either Investment Banking or Business Consulting.
Educational Qualification: Successful completion of an MBA program with a specialization in Finance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional aptitude for secondary research.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
