Job Description:

The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could negatively impact the
organization. This includes developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the
organization is prepared for any potential risks. The Risk Manager will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments,
analyzing data, and providing recommendations to senior management on how to mitigate or eliminate risks. Additionally, the
Risk Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that all risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization
is prepared for potential risks.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks that could negatively impact the organization.
3. Analyze data and provide recommendations to senior management on how to mitigate or eliminate risks.
4. Work closely with other departments to ensure that all risks are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
5. Develop and maintain a risk register to track and monitor potential risks.
6. Provide training and awareness programs to employees to educate them on risk management practices.
7. Monitor and review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for potential risks.
8. Develop contingency plans to address potential risks and ensure business continuity.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
3. Professional certification in risk management is preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards (ISO 31000, COSO ERM, etc.).
9. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
10. Experience with risk management software and tools.
