Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project
are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The Project Coordinator will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
3. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and
product development
4. Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets
5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
6. Ensure all project deliverables are completed to a high standard and meet client requirements
7. Manage and track project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
8. Monitor project progress and adjust plans accordingly to ensure project success
9. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets
10. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any changes to project scope or timeline
11. Assist in the development of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and collaborating with the sales
team
12. Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote company services and products

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
3. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when necessary
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately
8. Proficient in MS Project and Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
9. Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
12. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
2. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
3. Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce
4. Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
5. Experience working with remote teams and international clients
