Job Description:

Program Manager will be responsible to oversee multiple projects and drive business success through efficient program planning,
execution, and delivery. They will be responsible for managing programs across various industries, coordinating cross-functional
teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership,
communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within
budget, and to desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination and integration of activities across
different teams and departments.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to achieve program
objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and
operations, to align program initiatives with business strategy and goals.
4. Define, track, and report program metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify potential risks, and adjust program
plans accordingly.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, customers,
partners, and vendors, to ensure program alignment with their needs and expectations.
6. Lead program governance and oversight, ensuring compliance with organization-wide policies, procedures, and
standards.
7. Drive continuous process improvements, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, cost savings, and enhancements
to program delivery and quality.
8. Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor engagements to optimize utilization and minimize risk.
9. Mentor and coach team members to foster personal and professional growth, while promoting a culture of innovation,
collaboration, and customer focus.
10. Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all program stakeholders are informed and
aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
11. Conduct regular program reviews and assessments, documenting lessons learned and implementing best practices to
improve future program performance.

Requirements:

1. At least 7+ years of experience in project management, and 2 years as a program manager preferably in a technology or
consulting environment.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs on time, within budget, and to desired
outcomes.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all
levels.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on results and business impact.
6. Familiarity with program management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and
risk management.
8. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
9. Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
10. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.
12. Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is
desirable.
