A leading global insurance firm, offering products to leading corporates and retail segment, was looking to increase their market outreach and customer penetration by digitizing the entire sales process and introducing a mobile “Health” app to their customers.

Approach

AceNet team worked with client in defining program objectives and roll-out approach to rollout application in 18 different countries. AceNet engaged senior program and production managers to manage end-to-end program planning, development, production releases and maintenance. Introduced new processes around program management, production releases and support functions.

AceNet assisted client by managing digital transformation program and portfolio. With this app, customized products and related campaigns are launched to ensure revenue generations. Customers are engaged with numerous features like participate in health community, talk to doctor, telemedicine, AI build self-health assessments, etc. This App is now rolled out in 18 countries across South east Asia and African continent.
