1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Payments and Subscriptions
Some AceNet Services may require payment or a recurring subscription. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete billing details
- Authorize AceNet or our third-party payment provider to process charges using your selected payment method
- Ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways. AceNet is not responsible for errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions originating from these third-party systems.
Subscription-based services may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
We may update pricing or introduce new fees for certain services. If pricing changes apply to an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rates take effect.
