Background
IT audit of processes, architecture and tools for a leading PharmaTech firm
Approach
- Team of two technology architects drove audit activities by conducting Listen & Learn sessions with product team covering architecture, design and SDLC and studying artifacts.
- AceNet team conducted onsite work-shops to deep dive into architecture components, cloud services (on Azure stack), code, processes, SDLC artefacts, demo of delivery tools used such as Jira, BitBucket, Jenkins log, Docker images, K8 set up etc.
- Based on the analysis, a framework was set up to summarize the current state architecture and processes by categorizing key considerations as either Excellent, Good, Adequate, Minimal or No support
Results
A detailed audit report delivered to the VC which formed a critical input to their decision to invest in the PharmaTech firm
